Exceed Consulting began in March of 2004 and has since been providing superior customer service in information technology to businesses all throughout West Michigan.
Exceed Consulting’s owner and top engineer, Todd Locatis, worked in IT for 15 years before starting his venture. Wanting to bring the obvious goal of fulfilling customer needs, Todd brought together the helpful engineers you will find and enjoy at Exceed. He wanted to assist customers and craft solutions that fit their individual business needs, goals, and budget. Offering approaches for products, upgrades, training, support, and staffing builds a stable environment; ultimately helping them grow with continued support in maintenance/upgrades, disaster recovery and backup, hosting, managed services, virtualization, and security.
Exceed Consulting’s Founder and Senior Technology Consultant. A dedicated engineer for twenty-five plus years with certifications including MCP, CNE, CCA, VTSP. Heart and soul incorporated in the company have brought it to where it stands, keeping client satisfaction and support number one.
Exceed Consulting’s Account Manager for billing and renewals provides a dedicated specialist knowledge for renewals of product contracts or maintenance agreements. Megan also reports clear, concise billing to clients.
Exceed Consulting’s Senior Engineer. Certifications in VCP, Security +, HP-ATP, BNGFCE, BNMACE, and the ability to configure firewalls and security (Cisco, Barracuda) for individual clients’ needs.
Exceed Consulting’s Senior Engineer. Our website guru and development specialist. Dueling in the ability to create and set up a wireless network to save a company, as well as backup data (StorageCraft, Veeam, Barracuda, Backup to DR, cloud, Exceed Hosted, or hybrid) specific to individual clients’ needs. Storagecraft, 3CX, and HP-ACMP certified.
Exceed Consulting’s Network and Systems Engineer. The go-to Citrix guy for clients across the board, and certifications in MCP, MCSA, A+, Network +, Security +, Linux +.
Exceed Consulting’s Technician. Helpdesk and managed services are both monitored by Conrad using Labtech, Connectwise. The brains behind the operation with his coding abilities.
